the nostrals need work they look like gill slits instead of nose holes and needs the same amount of detailed shadow inside the ear as you did for the neck and mouth to show they indent.

over all i give it a 4 out of 5

I really like its shading and face shape.You shaded really well,specially below the neck,in the muzzle and the beggining of the jaw area.I would just shade a little more inside the ears,and shade with more contrast in the eye,to make it a more shiny surface in comparison with the rest of the face.
